    Department: Warehouse & Inventory
    Pay Range: $19.50 - $22.00

    Position Summary

    The Warehouse Manager keeps the flow of products organized—from the loading dock to the sales floor. You’ll oversee receiving, storage, and distribution, lead the warehouse team, and help ensure the store stays stocked and ready for our customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and support the warehouse team to work safely and efficiently

    • Receive deliveries, check invoices, and store products correctly

    • Keep the backroom, coolers, and freezers organized and food-safe

    • Coordinate with department managers to keep shelves stocked and rotated

    • Train and schedule warehouse staff

    • Maintain warehouse equipment and safety practices

    • Look for ways to improve systems and reduce waste

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education/Experience:

    • Warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience required; grocery/food retail a plus

    • Leadership experience preferred

    Skills:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Ability to build a positive, supportive team environment

    • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

    • Comfortable with inventory systems or POS software (training provided if needed)

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Lift and move up to 50 lbs

    • Work in refrigerated and freezer environments as needed

    • Stand, bend, and move for extended periods

    SCHEDULE

    • Full-time (40 hours per week), with mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

    Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.00

    Position Summary

    The Assistant Night and Weekend Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the store. Working closely with the Front of House Manager, this position helps ensure smooth operations, strong customer service, and a positive, team-oriented environment. The Assistant Night and Weekend Manager supports staff development, oversees daily tasks, and steps into the Front of House Manager role as needed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support the Front of House Manager in overseeing all store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, merchandising, and customer service

    • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, helping to build a motivated, knowledgeable, and engaged team

    • Ensure excellent customer service by responding to shopper needs, resolving concerns, and setting a positive example

    • Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members

    • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment

    • Place special orders and support department managers in meeting goals

    • Oversee cash handling, banking, and accurate recordkeeping

    • Collaborate with the Front of House Manager on projects, promotions, and community engagement

    • Act as Manager-on-Duty when the Front of House Manager is unavailable

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous experience in grocery, retail, or food service management preferred

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

    • Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

    • Commitment to excellent customer service and team support

    • Comfortable with point-of-sale systems, ordering, and basic computer skills

    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
